At MILK AND HONEY SOUTHDOWNS PTY (LTD) we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy for both in-store and online purchases.

Which items can be returned? They need to be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn for clothing, and in the original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned, and free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

In-Store Purchases:

  1. Return Period: Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.
  2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Please present your original receipt or proof of purchase when returning items in-store.
  4. Refund Options: Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply bring the item along with your receipt to our store, and our staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and jewellery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
  7. Refunds for Gift Purchases: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or receive store credit.

NOTE: We do not issue cash refunds on sale items, items purchased with a gift card. These items can be exchanged for a different size or be credited with an online gift voucher.

Online Purchases:

  1. Return Period: You may return any online purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Authorization: Before returning items purchased online, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number (RA number).
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.
  6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when requesting your return authorization. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.
  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
