What are your delivery options?

You can choose how you'd like to receive your order:

    • Delivery to your preferred physical address
    • Pickup at our Southdowns Store (Click & Collect)
    • Free doorstep delivery for residents of Southdowns Estate (Centurion)

    What are your delivery fees:

    • Standard delivery to your address (2-5 working days) is free for orders over R1500. For all other standard orders, there is a delivery charge of R130.
    • Express delivery to your address (1-3 working days) is charged at R220.
    • Click & Collect orders (1-2 working days) are free for all order values.
    • Orders within Southdowns Estate (1 working day) are free for all order values.

      We collaborate with The Courier Guy for address deliveries. While we strive to assist you in case of any issues, we are not liable for damages or losses caused by the courier or its affiliates.

     

    What is your return/exchange policy for online purchases?

    Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Do you restock items that are currently out of stock?

    At MILK AND HONEY, we prioritize keeping our pieces unique, and therefore, we typically do not restock items that are currently out of stock. However, we do value our customers' feedback and may consider restocking certain items upon request, although this is rare. If there's a specific item you're interested in that is currently out of stock, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we'll do our best to assist you.     How do I track my order once it's been shipped?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your reference.
