What are your delivery fees:

Standard delivery to your address (2-5 working days) is free for orders over R1500. For all other standard orders, there is a delivery charge of R130.
Express delivery to your address (1-3 working days) is charged at R220.
Click & Collect orders (1-2 working days) are free for all order values.
Orders within Southdowns Estate (1 working day) are free for all order values.

We collaborate with The Courier Guy for address deliveries. While we strive to assist you in case of any issues, we are not liable for damages or losses caused by the courier or its affiliates.

What is your return/exchange policy for online purchases?

Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.

Which items can be returned? They need to be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn for clothing, and in the original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned, and free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

In-Store Purchases:

Return Period: Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: Please present your original receipt or proof of purchase when returning items in-store.
Refund Options: Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receiving their order for a size exchange or online store gift voucher. Alternatively, they can return items within 15 days for a full cash refund.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply bring the item along with your receipt to our store, and our staff will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and jewellery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds for Gift Purchases: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or receive store credit.

NOTE: We do not issue cash refunds on sale items, items purchased with a gift card. These items can be exchanged for a different size or be credited with an online gift voucher.
